Rocky was raised above the family bar, called "Bleier's Bar" in the small town of Appleton.

Attended Xavier High School. Bleier starred in football and basketball - in football, he was a three time All-State pick as running back.

Rocky sustained injury to his lower leg from an enemy granade. He was awarded a Purple Heart and Bronze Star.

Upon his return, he couldn't walk without being in pain. Rocky spent 2 full years of intense training to regain his spot in the active roster.
